These Terms of Service govern access to and use of OdyKit, an AI-powered platform for generating business plans, pitch decks, and brand guidelines. By accessing the service, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms.
OdyKit offers two plans:
Lifetime access to OdyKit. Includes: full business plan, 3-year financial projections, pitch deck, logo and brand guidelines, PDF export.
One-time payment. No subscription, no automatic renewal.
Monthly renewable access. Includes everything in Lifetime, plus: integrated invoicing, unlimited document generation, priority support.
The subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account, free of charge.
Prices are in euros, VAT included. OdyKit reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with 30 days' notice for Pro subscribers.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. OdyKit has no access to your banking data. Accepted payment methods include: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay.
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 72 hours from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. After this period, no refund will be granted except in case of serious breach on our part. To exercise this right, contact us at support@odykit.com.
OdyKit is a tool to help create professional documents. Generated documents are produced by AI based on information provided by the user. OdyKit does not guarantee:
The user remains responsible for verifying and validating generated content before any official use.
Documents generated by OdyKit from the user's data fully belong to the user. OdyKit retains ownership of its platform, algorithms, and interfaces. The user agrees not to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the OdyKit platform itself.
OdyKit is available 24/7, subject to maintenance. In case of unplanned downtime, OdyKit commits to restoring the service as quickly as possible. OdyKit shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
The Pro subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For the Lifetime plan, access is permanent unless there is a serious breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the user's country of residence. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings. Contact: support@odykit.com.
